Description of Current System Capability
- Irrevocable verification of time frames that assessment practices were performed in. This
allows for specific authentication that assessment practices are valid and appropriate.
- Random/Structured selection of assessment questions can be achieved.
- Learner attempts can be allocated per qualification/assessment according to client specific requirements.
- Assessments/Qualifications no longer in use can be indicated is inactive and will not be visible to all users.
- The direct linking of Learning Facilitation Package documentation towards a specific qualification in accordance with the
required document control specifications.
- The integration of relevant CBT material within the Learning Facilitation Package to ensure optimal learning delivery of
learners.
- System allows for adequate tracking of revised assessments/qualifications in having the ability to extract information from
one assessment and automatically copying the information to the next qualification being loaded. This aspect is
specifically valuable when required to extract information for re-training requirements where large amounts of learners
need to be re-trained. i.e. Section 54 Training
