• Learner/Student linking towards assessments/qualifications and approval to conduct assessments can be achieved through the utilization of an automated Training Matrix.
• Valid Training Matrix information is achieved as the system automatically updates learner. Information on completion of specific aspects in determined sequential order of achievements.

• Training Matrix information can be extracted to Excel where results can be placed in graphical format as an indication of learner achievements/learning delivered.
• Reporting on actual learner achievements is thus achieved.
