Practical Assessment Functionalities
Description of Current System Capability
- Irrevocable verification of time frames that assessment practices were performed in. This allows for specific authentication that assessment practices are valid and appropriate.
- Practical Assessment can be conducted on I-pads/Tablets by making use of an off-line functionality where results are downloaded prior to the actual assessment and uploaded to the system when assessment has been completed. Internet access is required for this download and upload to take place if Web-Based system is used.
- Practical Assessment Outcomes and criteria can be uploaded to the system and is then stored on the database for future use in all assessments relevant to the qualification it was allocated to that the Clicker system can be used to ensure that groups of people can be assessed together.
Evaluation/Statistical Reporting Functionalities
Description of Current System Capability
- Electronic Course Evaluation built into system. Learner completes electronic evaluation on completion of relevant assessment. Information can be extracted in specified reporting format and trends.
- Reports can be extracted from the system for training conducted.
